Our tag line — seriously engaging training — summarizes our training philosophy.

  • Engaging format: Good training designs are memorable including unexpected twists and turns and interesting packaging. With that in mind, we develop most of our programs around interesting “themes.” For instance, one of leadership programs is built around King Arthur’s court and participants are “Knights of the Round Table.” Theme–based training facilitates retention and helps with marketing and follow up activities.
  • Serious content: Even though our methodology is intriguing and yes, even entertaining, we strongly advocate for serious content, based on real evidence rather than on the designer’s “hunches.”

We believe in a strong ongoing partnership with our clients. We will work with you to customize our solutions, build measurement and research components, and train your own trainers if you prefer to run the program in–house. Included in the price of every TEG workshop is a consulting meeting between a TEG consultant and the responsible HR professional. During this meeting we explore the results of the training session and make concrete follow up and reinforcement recommendations.
